Max F. Corazalla, 79, Kronenwetter, died Friday, September 2, 2016.
He was born November 14, 1936, the son of the late Max and Edna (Bushar) Corazalla. He married Janice Thiele on Nov. 2, 1957 at St. Therese Catholic Church, Rothschild. She preceded him in death in Nov. of 2009.
Max’s passion was being a mechanic. He worked for Bob Johnson Chevrolet and for Clark Lift both in Wausau. He also had a garage at home where he worked on and restored cars. He was a collector of gas pumps, antique cars, tractors, clocks and lanterns. He loved going for rides and enjoyed going to rummage sales and flea markets.
Survivors include his four children, Tamera (Dennis) Klatt, Carrie (Virgil) Mueller, Richard Corazalla and Ronald (Jennifer) Corazalla; daughter-in-law, Linda Malinowski; eight grandchildren, Laura (Ed) Larson, Kenneth (Ami) Klatt, Kristopher (Nicki) Klatt, Melissa (Lars) Johnson, Michael (Michelle) Mueller, Dylan Corazalla, Josh Corazalla and Tyler Corazalla; five great grandchildren, Haley, Kendra, Aubrey, Kinsley and Maxwell; and special friend, Barbara Corazalla. He is preceded in death by a son, Randy.
Memorial services will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2016, at Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee. The Rev. Norman Boneck will officiate.
