Jerome “Jerry” S. Grych, 55, Weston, died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 19, 2018, surrounded by his family after stoically battling brain cancer.
He was born August 29, 1962, in Wausau WI, the son of the late Stanley and Estelle (Ogiba) Grych. Jerry married Lynn Olejniczak on June 18, 1988 at St. Therese Catholic Church in Rothschild.
Jerry was a loving, compassionate and supportive husband, brother, uncle and friend. For more than 35 years Jerry enjoyed going to work at L&S Electric. He was dedicated to both the company and to all his coworkers, putting 110% into every work day.

His home away from home was the Northwoods where he and Lynn spent a good part of their Summers on the shores of Crystal Lake enjoying a peaceful kayak ride, biking, swimming and the tranquility of a quiet summer night around a campfire.
Survivors besides his wife, Lynn, include a brother Philip (Rosemary) Grych; three sisters, Judy (Neil) Weinhandl, Roxann Wernberg, Barb (Rick) Letto; in-laws Stanley and Lorraine Olejniczak; one sister-in-law Lori Richgels; seven nieces and nephews, Adrian Grych, Julie Grych, Jessica (Gavin) Hutchinson, Jordan Letto, Ben (Kristin) Wernberg, Adam Letto and Lia Richgels; as well as two great nephews, Darian Harvey and Everett Huchinson; and one great niece, Elina Hutchinson.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Estelle Grych, father Stanley Grych, and a brother, Mark Grych.
