Ireland Mary Ren Ehrfurth, 11, Mosinee, sadly lost her life on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, doing what she loved, riding her bike to her favorite park “Pig Park”. She will be forever 11.
She was born June 10, 2013, the beautiful redhead daughter of Kate Elizabeth (Weege) Ehrfurth of Mosinee, and Jason Lee Ehrfurth.
Ireland attended the 6th grade at Mosinee Middle School. Ireland would need to be to school by 7:15 everyday to get her special friend Victor Moon off the bus. Those two were best buds at school. Ireland wanted to be everyone’s friend, she would leave no one behind. Always smiling with those bright blue eyes, shiny red hair, and her caring, mischievous, sassy attitude. Ireland loved watching YouTube, making videos, and was a foodie. Ireland loved going out to eat at all her favorite places, especially Pit Stop Bar and Grill. We always said she was going to be a world-famous food critic.

My beautiful redhead, Ireland, you brought so much joy, happiness, and laughter to everyone you met. You will be so deeply and sadly missed by us all. I love you so so so much, to infinity… and beyond. A beautiful saying to remember Ireland, perfectly fits her… “Ohana. Ohana, means family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten”.
