It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Faye Fletcher, who left this world on February 18, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on November 14, 1966, in Milwaukee, WI, Kim was a vibrant spirit whose warmth and creativity touched the lives of everyone around her.

Kim was the beloved daughter of Karen Butgereit and Chester Taylor, and her legacy will forever be cherished by her father, Melvin Butgereit. She was a proud mother to her three sons: Alex Fletcher (Hanna), Benjamin Fletcher, and Andrew Falkowski (Alexis), who were the shining lights of her life. As a grandmother, she adored Ayana and Amelia, and eagerly anticipated the arrival of a grandson, Andrew Falkowski Jr. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she always put them first, creating a nurturing environment filled with love and laughter.

Kim was preceded in death by her mother, Karen; her biological father, Chester; and her sister-in-law, Genevieve Kijek. Their memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Her siblings, Sue Kubichek (Dean), Edward LeSieur, Raymond LeSieur (Darlene), and Diana Thomas, along with her niece and nephews also survive her, each carrying a piece of her spirit in their hearts. To them, Kim was not just a sister but a friend and confidante who always knew how to lift their spirits.

In her professional life, Kim made her mark as a hospitality manager at the Reliance Inn. She was known for her exceptional leadership skills and her ability to make work a place of joy and companionship. Her colleagues admired her for her dedication and her flair for creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Outside of work, Kim was a passionate creator, finding joy in crafting dreamcatchers, coloring, writing, and listening to music. Her hobbies reflected her artistic soul and her great sense of style. Kim had an innate ability to make every moment special, whether it was a heated game of pool or simple game of darts, and she always knew how to bring a smile to those around her.

Kim’s battle with cholangiocarcinoma was fought with bravery and grace. Throughout her illness, she remained a beacon of positivity and resilience, inspiring everyone with her strength. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the caring and encouraging staff at Aspirus Cancer Care and Aspirus Comfort Care & Hospice Services for the compassionate assistance they provided.

A public memorial service will be held to honor Kim's memory, celebrating a life that was well-lived and deeply loved. It will take place at Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee, WI on Friday, March 7, 2025, with a visitation from 11:00am - 1:00pm and a service from 1:00 - 1:30pm. Those who knew her will remember her not just for her artistic talents and managerial skills, but for her infectious laughter, her boundless kindness, and her unwavering spirit. Rest in peace, Kimberly Faye Fletcher. You are forever in our hearts.
