MaryAnn Kitsembel, 85, Niagara, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2021, at ProMedica Nursing Home facility, Kingsford, MI.
She was born December 7, 1935, in Mosinee, the daughter of the late Ernest and Katherine (Wirsbinski) Rosine. She married Edward Kitsembel on Feb. 24, 1976, in Wausau. He preceded her in death on Aug 6, 2006.
She worked many different jobs – Rondeau Cheese Factory, Marathon Electric, Log Cabin, Ryan Manufacturing, Oshkosh B’gosh, Wausau Child Care Center, Drott JI Case as a security guard and bartended in her spare time.
She was a member of St Paul’s Catholic Church in Mosinee. One of her early favorite hobbies was bowling. She loved to Bowl and the ladies had a great time. She also enjoyed baking Christmas cookies, painting wooden decorations, gardening, traveling, collecting Old World Christmas Ornaments, shopping, eating out and Sunday Afternoon drives. Was an avid follower of her nephew, Kevin in his racing career. Go Bumble Bee!! Later on she followed Kevin to North Carolina where he turned his racing into a mentoring program for young drivers. She loved going to the races, especially with her Great Grand Daughter Makayla and Loved the Packers. MaryAnn cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they loved her back.
Survivors include her children, Laura Brinkman, Niagara, Debra (Robert Moore) NicKolaus, Medicine Park, OK, Sheryl (Tom) Gumz, Weston and Sheryl (Bob) Dickman, Wausau; grandchildren, Jessica (Andy) Quillan, Sarah Brinkman, Bridget (Dusty Windsor) Moore, Susan (Chip) Browning, Robert Moore III, Bradley Gumz, Ashley (Paul) Fischer, Brent and Austin Dickman; Great Grand Children, Aidan Brinkman-Morgan, Dylan Erickson, Makayla Moore ,Alaska,Alayna,Arizona Browning, and Dakota Moore. Brother, Robert (Barb) Rosine, Sisters, Joan (John) Cywinski, Kathy (Chuck) Kyhos, Irene (Robert) Andrys and a sister-in-law, Ruth Rosine, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by grandsons, Corey Brinkman and Byard Moore, a son in law Kevin Brinkman and a brother, Gerald Rosine.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. The Rev. Donald Meuret will officiate. Entombment will take place at Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. Tuesday until time of services at the church. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements.
