Leona was a great mother and will be truly missed by her kids, their spouses, all the grandkids, the great-grandkids and siblings. She was a great mom who worked on the farm, helping anyway that she could. She loved her garden and flower beds and feeding and watching birds. She also loved her summer at the camper with the ladies that made her laugh a lot. She enjoyed the ladies that she had worked with and the dinners they would and all the laughs. She loved to stamp, making her cards, and teaching the grandkids how it’s done right, her daily visits from her brother Charles and the times they spent talking, and her road trips with her brother Louis and his wife Cheryl.
Survivors include her four children, Louise (Leonard) Schulist, Wittenberg, Edward (Marie) Meis, Steve (Brenda) Meis and Kenneth (Julie) Meis, all of Mosinee; her grandchildren, Jessica (Josh), Rebecca (Antonio), Anthony and Alicia, Ammber (Jonathon) and Kimmberlee (Nate), and Kayla and Amber (Taylor); great-grandchildren, Ayranna, Jazzlyn, Sage and Desiree, and Elizabeth and Allison; two brothers, Charles Suchon and Louis (Cheryl) Suchon, both of Mosinee; and a sister, Delores (Ronald) Ramczyk, Stevens Point.
