Debra K. Neises, 62, Mosinee, died Friday, Sept. 24, 2021, at Marshfield Medical Center, Weston.
She was born Dec. 1, 1958, in Marshfield, the daughter of the late Oliver and Florence (Smithana) Neises.
Deb was a very passionate person she enjoyed life, family, friends, and especially her pets. Growing up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin Deb became attached to the many animals, she loved them so much she asked dad for a pet skunk! Deb was extremely adventurous in her early 20’s she packed up and moved to Colorado in hopes of meeting John Denver. She enjoyed the mountains where she learned to ski and snowshoe, where she took endless hikes and gazed over mountain lakes and streams. She enjoyed traveling around to other states and eventually moved to Alaska and then to North Carolina before coming back to Wisconsin. Deb had a spirit full of life which made it easy for her to makes friends wherever she was. I know Deb put as much energy into doing her work as well. She took pride in everything she accomplished.
Survivors include her five brothers and sisters, Elmer (Diane) Neises and Nancy (Neil) Smith, both of Mosinee, Richard (Pamela) Neises, Stratford, Scott (Tracy) Neises, Chippewa, and Pamela Neises, Marshfied; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sharon Lutz.
