Llewellyn D. Neklewicz, 84, Mosinee, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
Llewellyn was born on July 16, 1937, in Pulaski, WI. Son of the late Steven and Regina (Slivicke) Neklewicz. On November 27, 1993, Llewellyn married Anna Dryfka in Mosinee, she survives.
Among the many hobbies and interest Llewelyn had, he enjoyed very much working on restoring his collectible 1955 Ford Victoria and 1958 Oldsmobile. He took pride in his work by participating in the local Mosinee 4th of July parade by bringing a bit of his history to the town. You could find Llewellyn traveling the state to many car shows where he enjoyed walking up and down the many rows of collectible cars. Among traveling the state, Llewellyn also spent his time enjoying traveling the world with his wife Anna. Creating many memorable memories in Poland, Greece, Spain, Ireland, Scotland, Mexico and many more countries. Llewellyn and his wife Anna enjoyed spending time in the warm sunshine state of Florida walking the beautiful beaches there. Among the perfect weather, Llewelyn also enjoyed spending time with his beloved friends Nick and Johanna. Llewelyn took part of his local St. Paul Church community. Enjoying the many church picnics and dancing the polka with his wife. Llewelyn treasured his time spent watching and helping his grandchildren play baseball. Part of Llewellyn's daily routine would be spent watching Wheel of Fortune with his wife Anna. And Llewelyn always made sure to stay up to date with current events on Fox News.
Besides his wife Anna, Llewellyn is survived by his children; Amber (Steve) Cherek, Paul Neklewicz, Sandra Neklewicz, Clark J Neklewicz, Renee Kappes; 4 Grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister; Karen Rooker, beloved niece; Mary Landowski, and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Llewellyn was preceded in death by, his sister, Geraldine Landowski.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at St. Paul Catholic Church, Mosinee. Father Don Meuret will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM, until the time of service at the Church. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee is assisting the family with arrangements.
