Steven Michael Peres II, 23, Mosinee, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2020.
He was born May 19, 1997, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the son of Carla Peres and the late Steven Peres.
Steven loved the wilderness. Whether he was fishing from a river bank or sneaking off into the woods to camp, he was happiest when he was one with nature. He loved to read and could spend days in his room with a few good books or hours browsing the aisles of Barnes & Noble, a favorite pastime he shared with his mom. Some of his favorite things were Packers football, video games, and his mom’s cooking – especially the giant serving bowls of nachos with all the fixings she’d make for him. Steven loved his friends and family and they will always remember him for his kind and sensitive heart as well as his giving spirit.
Survivors, include his Mother, Carla Peres, Mosinee; siblings, Falyn (Josh) Van Fossen, Rib Mtn., Scot Warren, Green Bay, Shane Warren, Fitchburg, Shaye (Liz Weber) Peres, Wausau, Shawna (Shawnee Looker) Peres, Wausau; nieces/nephews, Natalie, Allie, Grace, Brady, Alex, Avi, Joey, and Karleigh.
