With heavy hearts and only God can explain why….Todd Edwin Sawlsville 56 and Lori Ann (Swoboda) Sawlsville 57 of Greenville passed away resulting from tragic vehicle accident; Todd on August 20th and Lori December 14th after a long, strong, brave fight from injuries.
Todd was born May 28, 1965, in Wausau, WI the son of Lorraine (Dawiedczyk) Sawlsville and the late Rodney Sawlsville. Lori was born February 17th, 1964, in Antigo, WI, daughter of Joanne M. (Solin) Swoboda and the late Robert C Swoboda. On June 27th, 1987, they were married at St Gabriel Catholic Church in Neenah, WI. The two truly became one team, like two peas in a pod.
Todd was employed at Metal Products for 36 years as a Machine Tool Operator. Lori loved working and helping people. Both always remaining true to themselves, they were dedicated to anything involving family and friends. Both willing to lend a hand, helping anytime they could. Todd especially enjoyed restoring old tractors with his son Jason and buddy Doug. Lori enjoyed making her walking sticks, wooden crosses and collecting teacups and saucers. Lori also liked wearing and collecting jewelry pins and always taking pictures. They both enjoyed hunting, fishing, time at the cabin, taking cruises and trips and cherished their time with their two grandsons.
Todd was an amazing husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend. Lori was an amazing wife, mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend.
Todd and Lori are survived by son Jason E Sawlsville of Peplin, WI and daughter Kristen A Frambs (Ryan) of Clintonville, WI and grandchildren Chase and Owen Frambs. Mother and Mother-in-Law Lorraine Sawlsville and Joanne Swoboda. Sisters and Sister-in-law Cary(Ron) Leurquin, Tina Lemmens, Beth(Mike) Schmalz and Sister-in-law Becky Sawlsville, late brother and brother-in -law Robin Sawlsville. They will also be remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
They were both really proud of all their Godchildren: Stephany Leurquin, Matthew Lemmens, Mia Schmalz, Anna Schmalz, Jessica Sawlsville, and Reagan Davczyk.
A private family service will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Peplin. Burial will take place at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated this summer with all their family and friends. Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee, is assisting the family with arrangements.
