On Saturday, December 21, 2024, surrounded by family Trevor Grant Lykken (Anderson), age 52, gained his angel wings after battling 3 brain tumors and many other health issues.
Trevor was born on June 10, 1972, to Tom Lykken and Candy (Nelson) Cynkar in Thief River Falls, MN. Trevor graduated from Mosinee high school in 1990. After school he worked as a cook at many restaurants throughout his life as he loved to cook.
His life took him to Louisville, KY where he had 2 beautiful children Hunter and Chloe. Somethings Trevor enjoyed was being with family, friends, making people laugh and keeping everyone on their toes but most of all music. Whether it was listening to music, going to concerts, singing, playing instruments or being in bands.
Trevor is survived by his paternal dad Tom Lykken, mother Candy Cynkar, stepfather Roger Anderson, daughter Chloe (Lykken) Griffith (Joe), sisters Nikki Gorski (Chad), Angela Anderson, stepsister Laura Sliwicki (Luke), stepbrother Adam Cynkar, many nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins
He was preceded in death by his son Hunter Lykken, stepfather Lenny Cynkar, several uncles, aunts and cousins
Our family would like to thank all of the staff at Aspirus Care & Rehab in Medford, WI, Hope Hospice, Chaplain Dave from Hope Hospice, Pastor Barb and Mike Keslins.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee. Chaplain Dave Frank and Mike Keslins will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m., until the time of service, all at the Funeral Home. Online condolences can be directed to the family at www.bestefh.com.
