Brian Wittwer

Brian K. Wittwer, 46, Mosinee, died, Sunday, November 6, 2016, at home, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

He was born on Sept. 14, 1970, the son of Ralph Wittwer, Merrill and Janet (Borelli) Pries, Wausau. Brian worked at O’Brien Steel in Wausau. He was a hard worker with a great sense of humor. An amazing father, a wonderful friend and a jokester!

Survivors, besides his parents, include his two children, Justin Wittwer, at home, and Alexis Appel-Rayborn, Weston; a brother, Dale (Judy) Wittwer, Merrill; his special friend, Teresa Cebula, Schofield; and best friends, Travis Dobizl, Wausau, and Missy Szarkowitz, Mosinee; aunt and uncle, Nancy and Len Kretschmer, Rockford, Il; cousins, Henry, Susan and April; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Cassie Wittwer and sister, Helen Wittwer.

Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, at Beste Funeral Home, Mosinee. The Rev. Marilyn Lange will officiate. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.bestefh.com
