Felix M. Zalewski, 90, Mosinee, quietly passed from this life and joined his beloved wife on February 13, 2021, just in time for Valentines Day.

Elaine and Felix moved their three children from Milwaukee to Mosinee in 1969. He cleaned, repaired, and maintained all three of the Mosinee Schools during his employment. He retired at the age of 62, and spent his retirement cleaning his home and taking care of his beloved granddaughters. Felix liked to keep busy and Elaine always had a project for him to do. He loved to refinish furniture and to work in the garden and was an active member of the Mosinee VFW post 8733, serving as commander with Elaine as Auxiliary Commander in 1971-1972.
He moved to Renaissance Assisted Living Facility in 2017 and lived there until his death.
